Outside of work, most of what I do still comes back to building, fixing, and understanding how things connect — on the air, on the water, and in the field.

Live Band Conditions & DX Spots
Pulled live every 30 seconds from a small Flask dashboard running on its own LXC in the Rocknet Lab cluster — solar indices and HF propagation estimates from hamqsl.com, plus real-time DX cluster spots, republished here the same way the lab page republishes its cluster telemetry.

Outdoors & Camping
Spend as much time as possible on Michigan's lakes, trails, and back roads — fishing for walleye, northern pike, and musky, camping across the state, and getting out on two wheels.
Boat Restoration
Currently restoring a 1970 StarCraft Super Star, a 14-foot aluminum boat — working through hull refinishing, paint selection, and interior rebuild from the ground up.
The same curiosity that drives the Rocknet Lab and the ham shack shows up at work, too — always looking for the next system worth understanding.
